Seedance 2.5 in Clico

Give a shot 4 to 30 seconds to unfold. Start from text, references or endpoint frames, with optional generated audio.

Seedance 2.5, recorded 4 second provider experiment at 480p. Compare the starting image and motion.

Choose it for the shot you need.

A longer shot can hold a reveal, a camera move and a final pause in one clip. It also asks the model to preserve the subject for longer. Start with a clear action and an ending you can describe.

Which Seedance 2.5 option?

Compare the settings you can actually select in Clico.

Seedance 2.5 extends the available duration to 30 seconds. In Clico it exposes 480p and 720p, while Seedance 2.0 has a different resolution profile. Choose by duration, resolution and input controls instead of assuming every newer option replaces the older one.

Two motions. One starting image.

Play the locked shot and the moving shot. Both began with the same product photograph.

Original FIELD 07 green perfume bottle photograph

Locked camera

The product stays mostly still while light shifts across the scene. The output uses a wider composition than the source image.

Read the exact prompt

Use the supplied product photograph as the scene reference. Locked camera, no pan, zoom or orbit. Keep the emerald perfume bottle, silver cap and FIELD 07 label still and recognizable. A very soft band of daylight slowly shifts across the background and stone. The orange flower remains still. One continuous four second shot, no cuts, no added objects, no text overlays.

Slow orbit

The viewing angle changes over the clip. The bottle and label remain recognizable in the inspected frames, but the source composition is not preserved exactly.

Read the exact prompt

Use the supplied product photograph as the scene reference. Slowly orbit the camera from left to right around the perfume bottle in one continuous four second shot. Preserve the emerald glass bottle, silver cap and FIELD 07 label. Keep the orange flower beside it. Soft studio daylight, smooth movement, no cuts, no added objects, no text overlays.

Start with a deliberate frame.

Use a clear subject and leave space for the planned movement.

Direct the movement and the endpoint.

Specify what moves, what stays still and where the camera settles. First and last frames can guide the endpoints; the motion between them still needs review.

A starting brief to adapt.

Create an 8 second landscape product film of a blue glass vase with a peach flower on a pale stone table. Begin with a wide still frame. Slowly push toward the vase, then settle for the final two seconds. Keep the vase shape and table edge consistent. Quiet studio ambience, no music and no text.

How usage is charged.

Duration and output settings affect video usage. Clico video generation requires Pro or Max.

In the current credit payment flow, Clico charges the video task before submitting it to the provider. Completion does not charge the same task again. An uncertain provider response is reviewed rather than automatically submitted again or refunded.

The table shows the Clico metering rates reviewed on September 10, 2026, in USD per million billing tokens. It is not a price per image or per second. Your account balance and current plan determine access.

Seedance 2.5$13.91
Seedance 2.0$9.10

Read the evidence.

Model positioning comes from the linked provider listings. Clico’s exposed controls are listed above.

What the Higgsfield showcase demonstrates.

Higgsfield’s Seedance 2.5 page organizes its examples around a continuous take, sound, references and targeted changes. That is a useful way to evaluate a video: watch continuity, then listen, then inspect the requested change.

Its advertised 50 multimodal references, region editing and higher output resolutions are platform claims. Clico’s current profile offers up to five reference images, first and last frames, and 480p or 720p output. Do not prepare a 50 asset request for this Clico composer.

A practical use beyond social clips.

In the readable portion of Anshu Chimala’s design article, video connects still product states into a transition. His example names Seedance 2.5 as an option. The useful idea is to define the endpoint images first; a generated clip still needs to be inspected before it becomes an interface transition.

What creators are comparing.

A Reddit comparison of Wan 3.0 and Seedance 2.5 publishes a long prompt about an ordinary day in Seoul, including walking, rain, wet clothing and recurring props. Its useful contribution is a concrete continuity checklist. The indexed prompt requests 1080p, which is outside Clico’s current Seedance 2.5 profile.

Tianyu Xu’s LinkedIn comparison of Seedance 2.5 and Wan 3 is another reference video comparison to explore. Only its title was readable in our search results, so we do not assign a winner or repeat unseen conclusions.

Seedance 2.5 questions.

Does opening this page start a paid generation?

No. Prepare your prompt and settings, continue to Clico Web, sign in if needed, then review and explicitly send the request.

Can I use my own images?

Use supported PNG, JPEG or WebP references within the selected model’s limits. Each image can be up to 8 MB. A first or last frame has a different role from an ordinary reference; check the profile above.

Why can the result differ from an example?

The prompt, references, model and settings all affect the output. Gallery references are not verified model tests. The recorded experiments on this site describe their own settings and scope.

Keep exploring.
