Credits are shared across Web, Chrome Extension, and Desktop for Mac. Image and video counts are alternative ways to use your full monthly allowance, not separate quotas. Video examples use 10 seconds at 720p, 16:9, with audio off. Actual usage varies by model, image quality, resolution, video length, reference inputs, and other activity. Max estimates scale with its 2.5 times larger credit allowance.

Credits measure eligible Clico usage. They are not a fixed number of messages or tokens.
One balance for all your work
Images, videos, chat, and other eligible activity share your credits across Clico Web, Chrome Extension, and Desktop for Mac. Mix them to suit your work.
Settings change what you can create
Model choice, image quality, resolution, video length, and reference inputs affect usage. The generation counts above are estimates, not fixed limits or guaranteed output totals.
Your allowance resets monthly
Credits refresh each month and unused credits do not roll over.
Annual payment has a monthly allowance
Annual plans are paid upfront, but the included credits are issued each month.
Your account has the current answer
Use the balance, reset date, and eligible clients shown in your account when they differ from an older description. The credits and billing guide explains where to find them.

The details people usually need before starting or changing a plan.
- Can I generate both the image and video counts shown?
- Each example uses the whole monthly allowance for one type of output. You can mix images, videos, and chat, but they draw from the same balance. Creating videos leaves fewer credits for images, and vice versa.
- Do all image and video models use the same credits?
- No. The examples use GPT Image 2.5 for images and Seedance 2.0 Mini for videos. Different models and settings use different amounts, so your actual number of outputs will vary.
- What comes with every plan?
- Free, Pro, and Max include Clico Web, the Chrome Extension, and Desktop for Mac. Your account shows the eligible clients and balance that currently apply.
- How does annual billing work?
- Pro costs $192 per year and Max costs $480 per year, both charged upfront. Credits are issued monthly.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. The allowance refreshes each month. Use the reset date shown in your account for the exact timing.
- What happens at the credit limit?
- Actions that require credits pause until the allowance refreshes. Existing history remains readable. See the credits and billing guide for the account controls.
- How are payments handled?
- Paid plans use Stripe Checkout. You enter payment details on a Stripe hosted page, not on this pricing page. Stripe also publishes its security practices.
- Can I change or cancel a paid plan?
- Open Billing in your Clico account. Subscriptions using the current Clico billing flow open Stripe Customer Portal. Clico configures cancellation for the end of the current paid period, which stops the next renewal while paid access continues until that period ends. Stripe documents this cancellation option.
- What if my account does not match this page?
- Do not purchase a second subscription to resolve an account difference. Email hey@tryclico.com and we will help you check it.
